Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
What we collect
- IP address — used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not stored long-term.
- Payer address, transaction hash, timestamp, endpoint, model, referer — logged in a D1 database for payment reconciliation and usage stats. These are on-chain public data plus basic request metadata.
- Chat content — processed by Cloudflare Workers AI models to generate responses. Not stored after the request completes.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, no sign-ups, no cookies beyond Cloudflare's own infrastructure cookies.
- No personal information beyond the above.
- No tracking, no analytics cookies, no advertising.
On-chain transparency
Payments settle on Base mainnet USDC. Transaction hashes and payer addresses are public on-chain. The service logs these for its own revenue tracking but does not add any data beyond what the blockchain already records.
Third parties
Requests are processed on Cloudflare's infrastructure. AI inference goes through Cloudflare Workers AI. Payment facilitation goes through the x402 facilitator. Each has its own privacy policy.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
